Terms of Service

By signing in or using PropReceipt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

PropReceipt is available at https://receipt-portal-eta.vercel.app. Users access the product through a secure portal link.

PropReceipt is a receipt and expense tracking tool for property managers. It connects to Gmail to automatically parse and categorize receipt emails, extracts vendor names, totals, and order numbers, and organizes expenses by property.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but parsed receipt details can occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. You should review important figures before relying on them.

When you use PropReceipt, you agree to:

• Sign in with a Google account you are authorized to use, typically the inbox where you receive purchase receipts.
• Provide accurate property information and keep it reasonably up to date.
• Use the service only for lawful business expense tracking.
• Keep your portal link and account access private.

Paid plans, billing cycles, and refund rules will be described here when they are published. Until then, any fees shown in the app at checkout are the current charges for your account. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be paused until billing is updated.

PropReceipt is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or other indirect damages that come from using the service, including missed or misread receipts. Our total liability related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if you have not paid us.

You may stop using PropReceipt at any time. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued. After termination, your right to use the app ends. We may delete associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we specify here when it is confirmed. Until that placeholder is updated, disputes will be handled in a court with jurisdiction over the operator of PropReceipt.
